Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with SB Brow Lounge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment price is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance must be paid at your appointment before leaving the salon. Payment cannot be deferred.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or through your customer account on the website.
Age Requirement
- I confirm that I am over the age of 18 years old.
### Patch Testing
- A patch test is mandatory for all new clients and must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- I confirm that I have either booked a patch test appointment or have already completed a patch test with SB Brow Lounge.
- Patch tests are valid for 6 months only.
- If I attend my appointment without a valid patch test, I understand that my appointment will be rescheduled and my deposit will remain non-refundable.
### Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- All deposits (50% of the treatment price) are strictly non-refundable.
- If I cancel or reschedule my appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, I understand that I will be charged the full treatment amount.
- If I fail to attend my appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes after my allocated appointment time without prior agreement, this will be treated as a no-show and I understand that I will be charged the full treatment amount.
### Semi-Permanent Makeup Appointments
- All Semi-Permanent Makeup treatments require a consultation before booking.
- A health questionnaire and consent paperwork must be completed prior to treatment to determine suitability and eligibility.
- SB Brow Lounge reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable based on the information provided during the consultation process.
### Treatment Results & Refund Policy
- Permanent and semi-permanent cosmetic procedures are artistic treatments, and healed results may vary from person to person due to individual skin types, lifestyle factors, aftercare compliance, and healing responses.
- If, following the healing period, I am unhappy with my results, I agree to contact Sarah at SB Brow Lounge to arrange an in-person consultation to discuss my concerns.
- Refunds will not be provided for completed treatments under any circumstances.
- Any concerns regarding results must be raised directly with Sarah to allow an opportunity to assess and discuss suitable solutions.
### Agreement
By booking an appointment with SB Brow Lounge, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
